My Purpose

I am a Registered Nurse, a Board Certified Nurse Coach and a Reiki Practitioner. I have an intuitive gift that allows me to tap into other people's energy which allows me to connect with individuals at their level. 

I find value in holding a safe non-judgemental space for individuals. I am not here to tell anyone what to do, what to think, I am here to celebrate that both you and I are uniquely perfectly imperfect and I am here to provide wellness to the whole person and allow individuals to tap into their purpose. 

As a Wellness Coach, my purpose is to serve others by holding them accountable to their vision, co-creating realistic steps to reach that vision and creating a safe space where you can just be real. 

I only work with goal-oriented individuals who are ready to make their vision come true, whether it be around relationships, health, or simply live a more vibrant life with clarity. 

As a Reiki Practitioner, I hold space for individuals to set a specific intention for themselves. Reiki is a form of meditation and helps to remove stagnant energy; providing a restful mind with more clarity.
